The superapp for churches

A more connected church. A closer community.

Everything in one place to simplify management, strengthen relationships and care for every person while your church grows.

Get to know the platform and see how it could work in the reality of your church.

Growing is an achievement. Caring for those already part of the church matters as much as welcoming those who arrive.

As a church grows, so does the complexity of keeping up with people, understanding participation and keeping relationships alive during the week.

Know. Connect. Engage. Care.

A church that is close to its people cares for them beyond the service. It knows their stories, follows each walk and creates opportunities to strengthen bonds and make every person feel part of the community.

  1. Know

    Who is in your community?

Get a clearer view of who participates, who has just arrived and how the community is taking shape.

  2. Connect

How do you keep these people close?

Take the church experience beyond service days.

  3. Engage

    How do you encourage participation?

Create journeys and experiences that bring people closer to church life and strengthen bonds through ongoing participation.

  4. Care

How do you grow without letting anyone go unnoticed?

Follow community participation, notice when someone drifts away and offer closer care, even as your church grows.

Visibility for leadership

Not everything that happens in a church shows up at the altar.

During the week, the community keeps living, participating, drifting away, arriving and forming new connections.

Attendance, participation, interactions and journeys leave signals of that walk.

Churchgether gathers those signals to help your leadership see what used to be scattered.

It's not about tracking numbers for their own sake. It's about having more context to care for people better.

Churchgether makes sense for churches that...

  • Are growing and need more organization to keep up with the community.
  • Want to better understand who participates and how the community is connecting.
  • Want to keep relationships with people beyond the moment of the service.
  • Need to make communication more relevant and personal.
  • Want to make decisions with more context and information.

Churchgether was not created just to administer a church. It was created to help the church know, follow and care for its community better.

Frequently asked questions

  • What is Churchgether?

Churchgether is a superapp for churches. It brings together communication, community, participation, journeys and follow-up in one digital experience, to help the church grow without losing closeness with people.

  • What features does Churchgether have?

In the app, members get a community feed, announcements, an events calendar, service check-in, devotional journeys, prayer requests, tithes and offerings, downloadable materials and a member card. In the dashboard, leaders get member management, ministry scheduling, notifications to the whole church or to specific groups, reports and alerts about who is drifting away. Every church gets every feature.

  • Is Churchgether a church management system?

Churchgether manages your community: member records, participation, communication, relationships and reports for leadership. What it does not yet cover is the church's accounting and finances as a legal entity — for that, it lives alongside the tools you already use.

  • How do leaders notice who is drifting away?

Through the leadership dashboard. It shows who has stopped checking in to services and who broke their participation streak, so leaders can reach out while there is still time to care for them.

  • Does my church need to have many members?

No. There are plans for communities of different sizes. The idea is to help each church create an experience that fits its reality.

  • Does Churchgether work for churches with multiple campuses?

Yes. Churchgether is built for churches with several campuses: each campus has its own access code for members, and leadership can share content across campuses.

  • How do members access Churchgether?

Members download the app from the App Store or Google Play, complete a quick sign-up (name, date of birth, national ID number, e-mail and password) and enter the church code. That code is what connects each person to the right community; in networks, each campus has its own. The app is for people aged 13 and over.

  • Do members pay to use the app?

No. The church is the one that subscribes to Churchgether; for members, downloading and using the app is free.

  • Can my church customize Churchgether?

Yes. The church's name and logo appear in the app and on the member card, and all the content belongs to the church itself: calendar, announcements, journeys, materials and notifications. With the white-label option, the app is published in the stores with the church's name, icon and colors — for networks and single-campus churches alike. Features are the same for every church and receive continuous improvements, without you having to hire development.

  • How much does it cost?

Churchgether works as a monthly subscription plus a one-time onboarding fee. The monthly price follows two things: how many people are registered in the app — not the church membership roll — and how many campuses the network has. Message us on WhatsApp, tell us the size of your community and we will send you a quote.

  • Can I see it before signing up?

Yes. Request a demo and see Churchgether in action.

  • How does onboarding work?

Onboarding starts with understanding the church's reality, followed by setting up the experience and connecting the community. The exact process and timeline depend on the scope agreed.

  • Is my data safe?

Yes. Each church only accesses the data of its own community, and all communication with the app is encrypted. Passwords are checked against known breaches, and sensitive data such as the national ID number never appears in technical logs. Processing follows Brazil's data protection law (LGPD): members can delete their own account from the app, with their personal data removed. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
