These terms apply to anyone browsing the churchgether.com website. By using the site, you agree to the rules below. They are short on purpose: this is an institutional website, and the agreement for using the platform is a separate document.

What this site is

churchgether.com is the institutional website of Churchgether, a platform by Horebe Tech, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 53.497.763/0001-56. It exists to present the platform, explain how it works and let you request contact with our team.

This site is not the app used by members or the dashboard used by church leadership. Access to those products depends on a contract and is governed by a separate agreement between Horebe Tech and the church.

The site’s content is not a binding offer

The information published here — descriptions of features, plans, price ranges, timelines and results — is informational and may change without notice.

  • Nothing on this page constitutes a binding offer or obliges Horebe Tech to enter into a contract.
  • The only valid commercial terms are those presented in writing in a specific proposal for your church.
  • Numbers and indicators shown on the site come with their source; when they are illustrative, the site says so.

Intellectual property

The Churchgether brand, the Horebe Tech brand, the logos, texts, images, screenshots, icons, layout and code of this site belong to Horebe Tech or are used with permission.

You may read, print and share links to the content. Without written permission, you may not:

  • copy or reproduce the content for commercial use;
  • use the brands, logos or visual identity in any material of your own;
  • create derivative works from the site’s content or code;
  • extract content by automated means.

Brands, names and images of churches or third parties appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission.

Contact via WhatsApp

The site’s contact buttons open a WhatsApp conversation with a pre-written message, which you can edit before sending. Sending is always your action: the site sends nothing on your behalf.

When contacting us through this channel, you undertake to:

  • provide true, current information that is yours (or belongs to someone you are authorized to represent);
  • not send unlawful, offensive, promotional or automated content.

We may stop responding or block the contact when there are signs of misuse, false information or automation. The handling of the information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Some buttons on the site lead to third-party services — mainly WhatsApp, to talk directly with our team. When following those links, you leave our site and become subject to the terms and privacy policies of those services, over which we have no control.

Horebe Tech is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites and apps.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and its information accurate, but it is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete absence of errors, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, Horebe Tech is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses arising from the site’s unavailability, from decisions made based on the informational content published here, or from the use of third-party services accessed through it.

Nothing in this section limits the rights guaranteed to consumers by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the site, the product or the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means agreeing to the new version.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the district of São Paulo, SP, where Horebe Tech is headquartered, are chosen to settle any matter arising from them, waiving any other, however privileged — except where the law guarantees consumers the courts of their own domicile.
